Although, travel to St. Thomas does NOT require a valid passport, please plan to bring your passport on this trip since one of the group activities requires each attendee to have one. In addition, you will need a passport for any water travel or water activities. Passports for U.S. Citizens are not required for the U.S. Virgin Islands, but you must be prepared to show evidence of citizenship upon leaving (such as a passport, birth certificate, or photo ID). Passports are required for trips to the British Virgin Islands, should you choose to visit while in the Caribbean. Please verify that your current passport is valid at least six months after the date of your return travel.

Yes! All Mallinckrodt attendees and their guests will be flying Business Class to St. Thomas.

There may be instances where your carrier of choice and Mallinckrodt’s approved bookings fortuitously match. We are going to make every effort to book you on either a direct flight or a flight with only one stop. In most cases, Unbridled Travel will determine carriers and routings in accordance with Mallinckrodt budget guidelines. President’s Club is designed to be an all-expense paid trip. You should be aware, however, that special requests are at the participant’s expense. Travel deviations, such as class of service, specific carrier, layovers, or extended stays may increase costs. If so, you will be responsible for the difference between the cost of the Mallinckrodt-approved itinerary and your requested itinerary. Unbridled Travel will advise Gineen Fulton with Unbridled Solutions of any travel “overages,” and you will be contacted regarding payment, if necessary.

Once a ticket is issued and you need to make changes, any additional fees will be charged to your individual credit card.

Yes, please submit according to your expense guidelines.

If rooms are available, we will go ahead and make the reservation on your behalf.

You can cancel with a full refund up to 14 days prior to arrival should you decide to change your plans.

St. Thomas is officially Atlantic Time, which is four hours behind Greenwich Mean Time (GMT – 4). St. Thomas does not operate Daylight Savings Time, increasing the time difference with the U.S. mainland by one hour March-November.

St. Thomas has a tropical though rather dry climate, moderated by northeast trade winds. Temperatures vary little throughout the year, averaging in the mid-80s. Rainfall on the island averages about 40 inches per year.

It is warm in St. Thomas, so plan to pack summer attire. Athletic shoes, bathing suits, and beach attire are a must. It is advisable to include a light jacket or sweater for the evenings, and a light rain jacket for the occasional afternoon storm. Bring some smart casual dress clothes, or resort wear, for evening dining. Mallinckrodt has no formal activities planned, so no need for suits, ties, or evening gowns. Please note that special clothing may be required for the activities you have selected. More importantly – a camera and plenty of sunscreen!

Tasteful resort attire is acceptable everywhere. Shorts, sandals, flip flops, t-shirts, and swimwear with a cover-up are fine for daytime meals. Some restaurants require long pants for gentlemen in the evening. Please refer to the “Hotel” page for further details regarding restaurant attire. All outlets require footwear.

No, this is not necessary as Mallinckrodt has pre-paid all gratuities on your behalf.
